Danielle Flores, MSW, LICSW (She/Her), brings more than a decade of dedicated service and leadership to the National Association of Social Workers, reflecting a deep commitment to advancing the social work profession and strengthening communities. Throughout her career, she has balanced a passion for direct practice with a strong focus on macro social work, advocacy, and organizational leadership.
Danielle's involvement with NASW began as an MSW Student Representative in Nevada, where she cultivated her commitment to professional advocacy and member engagement. She later joined NASW staff as a Membership Services Director, supporting legislative advocacy efforts, coordinating professional development opportunities, and leading initiatives designed to strengthen member engagement and chapter operations.
Following her move to Washington State, Danielle continued her extensive service to NASW through a variety of volunteer and leadership roles. She served as Chapter Board President and has been an active member and contributor across all chapter committees, helping to guide strategic initiatives, support governance efforts, and advance the association's mission. Her collaborative leadership style, commitment to member service, and dedication to social justice have earned her the respect of colleagues and social work professionals throughout the region.
As Executive Director of the NASW Washington and Oregon Chapters, Danielle looks forward to building upon these experiences to further support members, strengthen advocacy efforts, expand professional development opportunities, and foster meaningful connections across both states. She is honored to continue serving the Washington Chapter while beginning a new chapter of service with NASW Oregon, bringing the same enthusiasm, vision, and unwavering commitment to empowering social workers and advancing the profession throughout the Pacific Northwest.
