NASW-WA cannot and does not examine, determine, verify or warrant the competence or credentials of any social worker in this roster. Although the association reserves the right to verify all statements made in applications, the listings represent the statements of the social worker who paid for the advertising. NASW-WA regrets any mistakes, omissions, or oversights that may occur.
Use of the Supervisor Advertising Listing is voluntary and will not result in any liability against NASW-WA. In no event shall NASW-WA be liable for damages to any user of the Supervisor Advertising Listing for their engagement of any listed social worker, for the services provided by any social worker listed in the Supervisor Advertising Listing, or for any other damages or harm that might occur. NASW-WA cannot and does not provide any warranties whatsoever related to the information contained in or resulting services selected through the Supervisor Advertising Listing.
